Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract under the following conditions, with a consumer being any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither related to their commercial nor independent professional activity:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the last item.

Eger, Tel.: +49 (0)9233 - 77280, Fax: +49 (0)9233 - 772899, E-mail: shop@feiler.de) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email). You may use the attached withdrawal form, although this is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notice of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the notice of your withdrawal from this contract. We will use the same payment method for the refund that you used in the original transaction, unless explicitly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only required to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling the goods in a way that was not necessary for checking the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the goods.
