Shipping and Return
Scope
This online shop is aimed at private customers residing in Germany. Please note that we do not offer shipping outside of Germany.
Shipping within Germany
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over €100 per order, even if the shipment is made in partial deliveries. For orders under €100, a flat shipping fee of €7.00 will be charged. All prices quoted include VAT.
Delivery time
Orders placed through our online shop are only shipped within Germany. Shipping is free for orders over €100. Otherwise, we charge a flat shipping fee of €7.00 (including VAT).
The goods will be dispatched within the next 2 - 3 working days from the order date, provided that all items are available for delivery.
If, contrary to expectations, the goods are not available on time or are sold out, you will be notified by telephone or email.
Returns
Within the scope of the statutory right of withdrawal, you can return received goods within fourteen days.
For returns please simply use the enclosed return slip.
